Depending on how you use DurakX, you may provide:
- Account details: nickname/username, email/phone (if used), password (if you create an account).
- Profile info: avatar, country/region, language preferences, optional bio or status.
- Support communications: messages you send to support, feedback, bug reports, attachments (screenshots).
- Payment-related info (if applicable): we do not store full card details; payment data is processed by payment providers. We may receive limited info like purchase status, product type, transaction identifiers.
1.2 Information collected automatically
We use vendors to help run DurakX (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, payment processing). They process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Device and app data: device model, operating system, app version, language, identifiers, and crash diagnostics.
- Usage data: game sessions, feature interactions, table/match events, and in-app navigation patterns.
- Network and log data: IP address, timestamps, request metadata, and security logs.
- Cookie/SDK data (website/app): preferences, session state, and analytics events where applicable.
1.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from:
- Authentication providers (if you use them): basic profile info and unique identifiers.
